My journey began over 8 years ago, with a passion for working on cars. I evolved from a hobbyist to a seasoned professional, providing quality automotive repairs After securing my first professional role at a dealership as a lube tech, I worked for 2 years honing my skills.
With each oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic challenge, I gained invaluable hands-on experience, refining my abilities and expanding my knowledge base. Throughout this journey, I encountered a variety of vehicles, each with its unique set of challenges and intricacies. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, every encounter became a stepping stone, contributing to my growth as an automotive enthusiast and professional.
A significant turning point occurred when I transitioned to a line technician, specializing in rebuilding transmissions. At this time, I could not help but notice two glaring issues.
High labor costs above $150/hour hindered affordability, leading to loans for crucial car repairs. Also, dealership inconveniences included mandatory appointments and prolonged wait times. Furthermore, even simple oil changes required lengthy wait times for customers only to face a barrage of upsells. Motivated by these shortcomings, I embarked on the journey to establish my own business.
